Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, uploading images, submitting information, or using this platform, you agree to follow these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the platform.
Purpose of the Platform
This platform is designed to collect animal-related images and information for animal health data collection, veterinary research, image review, dataset development, AI model training, product development, and animal health technology improvement.
Who Can Use the Platform
The platform may be used by farmers, veterinarians, clinics, laboratories, animal health workers, researchers, field staff, and other authorized contributors. Users must provide accurate information during registration and use the platform only for lawful and genuine animal health-related submissions.
User Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities carried out through your account. You must not share your account, create fake accounts, impersonate others, or misuse another user's account.
Permitted Uploads
You may upload real and original animal-related images and information, including animal disease images, feed images, clinical images, wound images, eye images, hoof images, skin images, dental images, diagnostic images, X-rays, ultrasound images, pathology images, and other veterinary health-related data.
Prohibited Uploads
You must not upload human medical images, human faces, owner personal details, phone numbers, addresses, Aadhaar or PAN details, private clinic records, prescription slips with personal information, copyrighted images, internet images, textbook images, duplicate images, fake images, AI-generated images, misleading images, offensive content, or irrelevant files.
User Submission Responsibility
By uploading images or information, you confirm that the data is real, original, animal-related, and that you have the right or permission to submit it. You are responsible for ensuring that your submission does not violate owner privacy, clinic confidentiality, copyright, professional obligations, or applicable law.
Review and Approval of Submissions
All submissions may be reviewed by the platform team, veterinary reviewers, or authorized data quality reviewers. We may approve, reject, edit, label, anonymize, remove, or restrict any submission based on quality, relevance, accuracy, privacy, safety, duplication, or platform rules.
Use of Submitted Data
By submitting images and related information, you allow the platform operator to store, review, anonymize, label, analyze, process, use, reproduce, and develop datasets from the submitted data for veterinary research, AI model training, validation, testing, product development, commercial animal health technology applications, and platform improvement.
AI Training and Product Development
You understand and agree that submitted animal images and data may be used to train, test, validate, evaluate, and improve veterinary AI models, digital animal health tools, diagnostic support systems, research datasets, and commercial animal health technology products.
Data Ownership and License
You may continue to own any rights you legally hold in the images and information you submit. By submitting data, you grant the platform operator a worldwide, royalty-free, long-term license to store, process, review, anonymize, label, use, reproduce, modify, analyze, create datasets from, train AI models using, and commercially use the submitted data for animal health, research, AI, and product development purposes.
Rewards and Points
Rewards, points, credits, or payments are provided only for valid, useful, original, and approved submissions. Uploading an image does not guarantee approval or reward. Reward values, redemption limits, approval rules, and payment timelines may be changed by the platform operator at any time.
Reward Rejection and Fraud Prevention
We may reject submissions, remove points, suspend rewards, or block accounts if we detect duplicate uploads, fake images, copied images, low-quality images, wrong or misleading information, multiple fake accounts, automated uploads, spam, fraud, or violation of these Terms of Use.
No Veterinary Medical Advice
The platform is used for animal data collection, research, image review, AI development, and animal health technology improvement. It does not replace consultation with a registered veterinarian. Uploading an image does not guarantee diagnosis, treatment advice, emergency support, or veterinary consultation.
Contributor Conduct
Users must use the platform honestly and respectfully. You must not attempt to hack, damage, overload, copy, scrape, reverse engineer, misuse, manipulate, or interfere with the platform, its data, its reward system, or other users.
Platform Rights
The platform operator reserves the right to approve, reject, remove, edit, anonymize, restrict, or delete any content or account that violates these terms, affects data quality, creates legal risk, harms platform security, or misuses the reward system.
Account Suspension or Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account if you violate these terms, submit fake or unauthorized data, misuse rewards, upload prohibited content, attempt fraud, or engage in activity that may harm the platform, users, animals, contributors, or the platform operator.
Third-Party Services
The platform may use third-party services such as cloud hosting, storage, analytics, authentication, payment, communication, or AI development tools. Use of such services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.
Privacy
Use of personal information and submitted data is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Users should read the Privacy Policy to understand what information is collected, how it is used, who may access it, and how deletion or privacy requests can be made.
Intellectual Property
The platform name, design, software, database structure, workflows, logos, content, AI systems, and technology belong to the platform operator or its licensors. Users must not copy, reproduce, sell, distribute, or misuse any part of the platform without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. The platform operator is not responsible for incorrect submissions, user misuse, unavailable services, data loss, reward delays, veterinary decisions, treatment outcomes, or damages arising from use of the platform, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Changes to the Platform
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform, including upload rules, reward systems, review processes, AI usage, features, or these Terms of Use, at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the platform.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes related to the platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tamil Nadu, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
