Contributor Consent
By uploading animal images, diagnostic images, feed images, clinical case information, or related data to this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Contributor Consent Policy.
Permission to Submit Data
You confirm that you have the right, permission, or authority to upload the animal images and related information submitted through your account. You also confirm that your submission does not violate owner privacy, clinic confidentiality, copyright, professional obligations, or any applicable law.
Type of Data You May Submit
You may submit real and original animal-related images and information, including disease images, feed images, wound images, skin images, hoof images, eye images, dental images, udder images, X-rays, ultrasound images, pathology images, lab-related images, and other veterinary health data.
Data You Must Not Submit
You must not submit human medical images, human faces, owner names, phone numbers, addresses, Aadhaar or PAN details, private clinic records, prescription slips with personal information, copyrighted images, internet images, textbook images, duplicate images, fake images, AI-generated images, or any image that you do not have permission to upload.
Use of Submitted Data
You agree that the submitted images and information may be stored, reviewed, verified, cleaned, anonymized, labelled, annotated, analyzed, processed, and used by the platform operator for animal health data collection, veterinary research, dataset development, AI model training, validation, testing, product development, and commercial animal health technology applications.
AI Training Consent
You clearly understand and agree that your submitted animal images and related data may be used to train, test, validate, evaluate, and improve veterinary artificial intelligence models, digital animal health tools, diagnostic support systems, research datasets, and commercial animal health technology products.
Review and Verification
Your submissions may be reviewed by authorized platform administrators, veterinary reviewers, data quality reviewers, AI development teams, and research partners. Submissions may be approved, rejected, edited, anonymized, labelled, or removed based on quality, relevance, accuracy, privacy, duplication, or platform rules.
Anonymization Consent
You agree that the platform may remove, hide, mask, or restrict personal or identifying details from uploaded images and metadata. This may include owner names, phone numbers, addresses, human faces, GPS data, image metadata, clinic identifiers, and other private details.
Ownership and License
You may continue to own any rights you legally hold in the images and information you submit. By submitting data, you grant the platform operator a worldwide, royalty-free, long-term license to store, review, process, anonymize, label, use, reproduce, modify, analyze, create datasets from, train AI models using, and commercially use the submitted data for animal health, research, AI, and product development purposes.
Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate and honest information while submitting animal images or case details. If you are unsure about the diagnosis, disease, or condition, you should mark it as unknown, suspected, or not confirmed instead of providing false or misleading information.
No Guaranteed Diagnosis
Uploading an image or case information does not guarantee veterinary diagnosis, treatment advice, consultation, emergency support, or reward approval. The platform is mainly used for data collection, image review, veterinary research, AI development, and animal health technology improvement.
Rewards and Approval
You understand that rewards, points, credits, or payments are given only for valid, useful, original, and approved submissions. The platform may reject submissions or remove rewards for duplicate images, fake images, copied images, low-quality images, misleading information, irrelevant uploads, or fraudulent activity.
Withdrawal or Deletion Request
You may contact the platform operator to request deletion of your account or submitted data. Some data may not be fully removable if it has already been anonymized, included in datasets, used for AI model training, retained for audit purposes, or required for legal or fraud-prevention reasons.
Contributor Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that all submitted data is real, original, animal-related, and submitted with proper permission. You should not upload sensitive personal information, confidential clinic records, or any content that may create legal, privacy, ethical, or data quality risks.
Consent Confirmation
Before uploading data, you must confirm that you have permission to submit the images and information, that the data is real and original, and that you agree to its use for veterinary research, AI training, validation, testing, product development, and commercial animal health technology applications.
