Information We Collect
We may collect your name, phone number, email address, user role, location, uploaded animal images, feed images, clinical or diagnostic images, case descriptions, animal details such as species, breed, age, symptoms, diagnosis, treatment details, submission metadata, reward activity, and platform usage information needed to operate and improve the platform.
How We Use Information
We use this information to manage user accounts, review and verify image submissions, check image quality, calculate rewards, prevent duplicate or fake uploads, improve animal health datasets, support veterinary research, and train, test, validate, and improve veterinary AI models and animal health technology products.
Use of Uploaded Images for AI
By uploading animal images and related information, you agree that the submitted data may be reviewed, stored, anonymized, labelled, analyzed, and used for veterinary research, AI model training, validation, testing, product development, and commercial animal health technology applications.
Who Can Access the Data
Submitted data may be accessed by authorized Chimertech team members, platform administrators, veterinary reviewers, AI and software development teams, research partners, cloud service providers, and other approved service providers only when required for platform operation, review, research, AI development, security, or legal compliance.
User Responsibility
You must upload only real, original, animal-related images and information that you have permission to submit. Do not upload human medical images, personal owner details, phone numbers, addresses, Aadhaar or PAN details, prescription slips with personal information, copyrighted images, internet images, duplicate images, fake images, or AI-generated images.
Data Privacy and Anonymization
We may remove, hide, or restrict personal information from uploaded images and metadata where possible. This may include owner names, phone numbers, addresses, human faces, GPS data, image metadata, clinic identifiers, and other private details.
Data Sharing
We do not sell user personal information to advertisers. We may share data with veterinarians, reviewers, AI developers, research partners, cloud providers, or service providers when required for platform operation, image review, AI development, research, security, or legal compliance.
Rewards
Rewards are provided only for valid, useful, original, and approved submissions. We may reject submissions or remove rewards for duplicate images, fake images, copied images, low-quality images, wrong or misleading information, irrelevant uploads, or fraudulent activity.
Data Deletion Requests
You may contact the platform operator to request account or data deletion. Some data may not be fully removable if it has already been anonymized, used in AI model training, included in research datasets, retained for audit purposes, or required for legal or fraud-prevention reasons.
Your Choices
You can update your account information where the platform allows it and contact us for privacy-related questions, correction requests, deletion requests, or concerns about uploaded data.
Veterinary Disclaimer
This platform is used for animal data collection, veterinary research, AI development, and animal health technology improvement. It does not replace consultation with a registered veterinarian, and uploaded images may not always receive diagnosis or medical advice.
