Image Upload and Data Submission Policy
This policy explains what type of animal images and information can be uploaded to the platform and what rules contributors must follow while submitting data.
Purpose of Image Collection
The platform collects animal-related images and case information for animal health data collection, veterinary research, dataset development, AI model training, validation, testing, product development, and animal health technology improvement.
Allowed Image Uploads
You may upload real and original animal-related images such as disease images, feed images, clinical images, wound images, skin images, hoof images, eye images, dental images, udder images, reproductive health images, X-rays, ultrasound images, pathology images, lab-related images, and other veterinary diagnostic images.
Animal Details to Submit
Where available, you should submit useful animal details such as species, breed, age, sex, weight, pregnancy status, lactation status, body region, symptoms, suspected diagnosis, confirmed diagnosis, disease severity, treatment details, and follow-up information.
Image Quality Requirements
Uploaded images should be clear, focused, properly lit, relevant to the selected category, and useful for animal health review. The affected body part or subject should be clearly visible without excessive blur, darkness, obstruction, or unnecessary background objects.
Poor Quality Images
Images may be rejected if they are blurry, too dark, too bright, incomplete, irrelevant, duplicated, heavily edited, misleading, wrongly categorized, unreadable, or not useful for veterinary review or AI dataset development.
Prohibited Uploads
You must not upload human medical images, human faces, owner names, phone numbers, addresses, Aadhaar or PAN details, private clinic records, prescription slips with personal information, copyrighted images, internet images, textbook images, fake images, AI-generated images, duplicate images, offensive content, or non-animal-related files.
Originality of Images
You must upload only images that are real, original, and collected with proper permission. Images copied from Google, websites, books, journals, social media, other apps, or third-party sources without authorization are strictly not allowed.
Privacy Before Upload
Before uploading, you must check that the image does not contain personal or sensitive information such as owner names, phone numbers, addresses, human faces, clinic documents, prescription slips, exact GPS details, or other identifiable information.
Diagnostic and Clinical Information
If you provide a diagnosis, symptoms, or disease information, it should be accurate and honest. If you are unsure, mark the diagnosis as unknown, suspected, or not confirmed instead of entering false or misleading information.
Duplicate Uploads
You must not upload the same image multiple times or submit minor edits, screenshots, crops, or repeated versions of the same image to claim additional rewards. Duplicate or near-duplicate submissions may be rejected.
Bulk Uploads
If bulk upload is available, each uploaded image must still follow the same quality, originality, privacy, and metadata requirements. Bulk uploads containing repeated, irrelevant, copied, or low-quality files may be rejected.
Review and Verification
All submitted images and information may be reviewed by platform administrators, veterinary reviewers, data quality reviewers, AI teams, or research partners. Submissions may be approved, rejected, edited, labelled, anonymized, or removed based on quality, relevance, privacy, duplication, and platform rules.
Use of Uploaded Data
By uploading images and related information, you agree that the submitted data may be stored, reviewed, cleaned, anonymized, labelled, analyzed, processed, and used for animal health datasets, veterinary research, AI model training, validation, testing, product development, and commercial animal health technology applications.
Reward Eligibility
Uploading an image does not guarantee reward approval. Rewards are provided only for valid, useful, original, non-duplicate, properly submitted, and approved images. Low-quality, copied, fake, misleading, or prohibited submissions are not eligible for rewards.
Rejection of Submissions
The platform may reject or remove any submission that violates this policy, affects data quality, creates privacy risk, appears fraudulent, contains prohibited content, or is unsuitable for veterinary review, research, AI development, or platform use.
Contributor Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that all uploaded images and information are accurate, lawful, original, animal-related, and submitted with proper permission. You are also responsible for avoiding the upload of sensitive personal, clinic, or owner-identifiable information.
Misuse and Fraud
Accounts may be restricted, suspended, or blocked if users upload fake images, copied images, AI-generated images, duplicate images, misleading case details, irrelevant files, or attempt to misuse the reward system.
No Guaranteed Diagnosis
Uploading an image does not guarantee veterinary diagnosis, treatment advice, emergency support, consultation, or reward approval. The platform is mainly used for animal data collection, image review, research, AI development, and animal health technology improvement.
