Reward and Redemption Policy

This policy explains how rewards, points, credits, or payments are provided for valid animal image and data submissions on the platform.

Purpose of Rewards

Rewards are provided to encourage farmers, veterinarians, clinics, animal health workers, and other contributors to submit useful, original, and high-quality animal health images and related information for veterinary research, dataset development, AI training, and animal health technology improvement.

Reward Eligibility

Rewards are given only for submissions that are valid, original, animal-related, useful, non-duplicate, properly submitted, and approved by the platform review team. Uploading an image does not automatically guarantee reward approval.

Valid Submissions

A valid submission may include clear and original animal disease images, feed images, clinical images, wound images, skin images, hoof images, eye images, dental images, udder images, reproductive health images, diagnostic images, X-rays, ultrasound images, pathology images, or other veterinary health-related images with useful supporting information.

Submission Review

All submitted images and information may be reviewed by platform administrators, veterinary reviewers, data quality reviewers, AI teams, or authorized reviewers before rewards are approved. Review may include checks for image quality, relevance, originality, duplication, privacy, and accuracy of submitted information.

Reward Approval

Rewards will be approved only after the submission passes platform review. The platform may approve, reject, hold, or request correction for any submission based on quality, relevance, originality, privacy, duplication, or platform rules.

Reward Value

The number of points, credits, cash value, coupons, or benefits provided for each approved submission may vary based on platform rules, campaign type, image category, data quality, contributor type, and business requirements. Reward values may be changed by the platform operator at any time.

No Reward Guarantee

Uploading images or submitting data does not guarantee points, cash rewards, coupons, credits, redemption, or payment. Rewards are provided only after successful review and approval by the platform.

Rejected Submissions

Submissions may be rejected if they are blurry, unclear, irrelevant, duplicated, copied, fake, AI-generated, misleading, wrongly categorized, low-quality, incomplete, privacy-risky, corrupted, offensive, or not useful for animal health review, research, dataset development, or AI training.

Prohibited Reward Claims

Users must not try to earn rewards by uploading duplicate images, internet images, textbook images, screenshots, fake images, AI-generated images, edited images, repeated versions of the same image, misleading case details, or images submitted without proper permission.

Duplicate and Fraud Checks

The platform may use manual review, automated checks, duplicate detection, metadata review, account activity review, and fraud monitoring to identify repeated, copied, fake, suspicious, or low-value submissions.

Reward Reversal

The platform may remove, reverse, reduce, or cancel rewards if a submission is later found to be duplicate, fake, copied, unauthorized, misleading, low-quality, privacy-risky, or in violation of platform policies.

Account Misuse

If a user creates fake accounts, submits repeated images, manipulates the reward system, provides false information, uploads prohibited content, or engages in fraudulent activity, the platform may suspend the account, block rewards, cancel redemptions, or permanently restrict access.

Redemption Eligibility

Users may redeem rewards only after meeting the minimum redemption requirements set by the platform. Redemption eligibility may depend on approved points, account status, contributor verification, payment details, fraud checks, and platform rules.

Redemption Process

To redeem rewards, users must follow the redemption process provided on the platform. The platform may request additional information for verification before processing redemption requests.

Redemption Timeline

Reward redemption may take time for review, verification, fraud checks, approval, and payment processing. The platform does not guarantee instant redemption or immediate payment.

Payment Method

Rewards may be redeemed through available payment or benefit methods supported by the platform. The available redemption methods may change from time to time based on operational, banking, regulatory, or business requirements.

Incorrect Payment Details

Users are responsible for providing correct payment, bank, UPI, wallet, or contact details where required. The platform is not responsible for delays, failed payments, or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete details submitted by the user.

Taxes and Charges

Users are responsible for any taxes, charges, deductions, or legal obligations that may apply to rewards, payments, or benefits received through the platform, where applicable under law.

Reward Changes

The platform operator may change reward values, redemption limits, approval rules, campaign rules, payment methods, timelines, or eligibility requirements at any time. Updated rules will apply as displayed on the platform.

Campaign-Specific Rewards

Some campaigns may offer special rewards for specific image categories, animal species, disease types, locations, contributor groups, or time periods. Campaign-specific terms may apply in addition to this policy.

No Transfer of Rewards

Rewards, points, credits, or redemption benefits are linked to the user account and may not be sold, transferred, exchanged, or assigned to another person unless the platform specifically allows it.

Reward Expiry

The platform may set expiry periods for unused points, credits, coupons, or reward balances. Users should check the platform for applicable expiry rules before redemption.

Disputes About Rewards

If you believe your valid submission or redemption request was wrongly rejected, you may contact the platform operator for review. The platform's decision after review will be final, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Platform Rights

The platform reserves the right to approve, reject, delay, cancel, reverse, or withhold rewards if required for quality control, fraud prevention, legal compliance, technical issues, user verification, or violation of platform policies.
